Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Conveyancers or Legal Executives with a minimum of 12 months experience and who are looking to progress their career within a friendly environment. The Residential Conveyancer appointed will be confident and capable of managing a busy and varied residential property caseload including, sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, re-mortgage and equity release, tenancy agreements and commercial sale, purchasing and leasing. The successful Residential Conveyancer will have excellent inter-personal and communication skills and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
