Our International client has a strong corporate finance team and is looking for a UK qualified lawyer with 3 - 5 years of post qualification experience. Servicing an international client base which ranges from listed and private companies, private equity houses and international banks the breadth of instructions covers mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and capital markets, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital and takeovers. The team has grown significantly over the past 5 years and growth is still firmly on the agenda.

Your broad based experience will have been gained from a top City firm and you will have a keen commercial sense and well developed client service skills. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual wishing to take a high level of responsibility in an expanding department.

Globally the firm has strength and depth with an ever increasing practice in Asia.
