The Firm
My client is a small niche personal injury firm based in Cheshire, they are looking to expand within their team but recruiting for a solicitor to join their personal injury team.
The Role
Managing a caseload of Mixed Personal Injury files, files will consist of a mixture of RTA, EL and PL and will be a mix of Fast and Multi track
The Candidate
You will have a strong litigation background with counter claims experience. Ideally you have a minimum of 3 years PQE and experienced in running a litigated claimant caseload, you will have a good working knowledge of and all relevant regulations and case law. This role would suit individuals who are self-sufficient.
