Leigh Day is seeking to hire an experienced dynamic & energetic IT Service Desk Analyst.

This is the ideal role for a highly organised and motivated professional, looking to secure a career within a high profile law firm with an unrivalled reputation for taking on many ground breaking cases, against powerful commercial organisations, national government authorities and bodies. Our work and cases we represent are regularly featured / covered on leading news channels. Over the years we have won numerous awards, accolades and have consistently ranked annually in the top tiers of both Chambers and Legal 500 client guides.

The service desk is a close-knit team of 3. The successful candidate must have previous demonstrable experience of working in an IT Service Desk role and of using service desk software to log and report on calls. S/he will have proven experience of supporting end users over the phone and email and familiarity with the following associated technologies or platforms:

Windows 7/8.1/10, HP fat and thin client PCs, Avaya IP Phones, Polycom conference phones, HP Switches
Server 2008/2012 R2, Active Directory, PaperCut FMP, Airwatch MDM, VMware, comprehensive troubleshooting & fault finding
Microsoft Office 2010 and Exchange 2016
S/he must have demonstrable experience of working in a very busy, fast paced environment and providing support to users across all levels. It will ideally suit a dynamic, enterprising individual who genuinely enjoys solving IT issues for colleagues.
