Our client is a major force across the Middle East and one of the region’s best known business groups. An international expansion programme is underway meaning exciting prospects for the team.
A new, exciting role now exists for an experienced COMPANY SECRETARY. The position handles a diverse remit of company secretarial matters, working closely with the board and key members of the management team. It is essential applicants have several years experience of company secretarial matters, ideally with a local entity. This is senior role, reporting to the CEO and Chairman of the board. It is also a career growth opportunity as the remit will almost certainly expand meaning further responsibility in time to come.
The role requires applicants can demonstrate the following;
- 3 or more years company secretarial experience (organising AGM's and other board meetings, articles of association and other board related matters)
- Experience of Company Secretariat software (Blueprint etc)
- Business fluent Arabic in addition to English is essential
- Familiarity with business culture in the Middle East
