Experiencing an increase in work they are now looking to add to their Private Client team.
The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a dedicated Private Client Fee Earner to join specialist teams based in Hertfordshire. Working between the Head and a branch office in the county the successful Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal will manage a stimulating caseload of Private Client-related matters, incorporating: will drafting; estate administration; LPAs; probate matters and; the administration of trusts. In addition the successful Fee Earner will immerse themselves within business development initiatives, build and maintaining client relationships. With high levels of client contact and exposure to good quality work, this position would suit a pro-active and personable Fee Earner looking to build upon their expertise in Private Client.
The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with a minimum of one years’ fee earning Private Client experience;
You will have first class client care and communication skills;
You will be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines;
You will have a detail oriented and empathetic approach;
You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative;
You will have a desire for professional development.
