The role requires the successful Charities Solicitor to be interested in handling high-end Charities work including establishing new charities, incorporating existing charities, restructuring and reorganisations, advising on charity trading, charity Mergers and takeovers and advising on equality issues. An notable client book offers interesting and challenging work.
The successful Charities Solicitor will have at least 12 months PQE, with an exceptional academic background and will be confident to evidence a strong desire to work within the Charities sector. It is a given that you will have exceptional communication skills; work well under pressure and be competent to manage tight deadlines. Capable of assisting the Charities team with marketing and business development activities, the Charities Solicitor will demonstrate a balance of working on your own initiative and seeking advice/guidance.
