The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a pro-active and personable Family Lawyer Law Society Panel Membership for our client’s highly regarded team. With a varied caseload of private and publicly funded work, the successful Family Lawyer will have a good working knowledge of Legal Aid processes with a commitment to assisting clients in all circumstances. Significant ancillary relief experience is essential with additional international expertise being advantageous.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ PQE and Family Panel Membership.
You must have excellent technical skills with the ability to handle a mixed public and privately funded caseload.
You will have prior supervisory experience.
Particular experience in ancillary relief is essential for the position.
You will be a confident advocate.
