Corporate & Commercial Associate
My client, a leading Legal 500 recommended firm are looking to expand its market leading Corporate and Commercial practice with the hire of a Corporate and Commercial Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic firm, with a great remuneration package and work environment.
Ideally you will have experience of:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Private equity and venture capital transactions
- General commercial agreements
- Company law and constitutional advice
The ideal Corporate and Commercial Associate will have excellent academics and a solid experience from a reputable firm. Ideally you will be 1 - 5 years' PQE, however consideration will be given to exceptional candidates from other levels.
