An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial property lawyer to join a highly regarded Lexcell accredited firm in Suffolk for a period of 6 months. The view is for the post to become a permanent position.  The role has arisen due to continuing growth and development.

The successful candidate is likely to have upwards of 5 years’ PQE in commercial property transactions and be able to deal with a full caseload with little supervision. They are also likely to have a background of setting up departments and successful business development.  Experience in residential property would also be of benefit but is not essential.

The commercial property team is currently building momentum and the firm are looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor to drive the department forward.

In terms of workload, the commercial property team provide advice on the following matters:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Sale and leaseback
  • Leases
  • Estate development and plot sales
  • Compulsory land purchase
  • Corporate property finance
  • Estate Management
  • Property Development
  • Secured lending
