An RTA/MOJ Portal Team Leader is wanted for an excellent opportunity with an award winning law firm based in Merseyside. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is a leading, regional firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Team Leader to manage the MOJ Portal department. You will provide technical guidance to a team of case handlers setting relevant objectives and performance managing, whilst inspiring and developing your team.

You will be expected to audit files, appraise colleagues, and give constructive feedback to help them develop and grow in their roles. You'll also make sure that everything is in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Applications are invited from RTA Solicitors, Team Leaders or Fee Earners with significant experience of the MOJ Portal and it is essential that you have management or supervisory experience.

You will be enthusiastic, motivated and articulate and have the ability to performance manage and achieve results.
