Property Solicitor required in a CQS accredited firm in Harrow on a full time permanent basis.

An established and well respected firm based in Harrow is looking to recruit an experienced Property Solicitor to join their busy team on a full time permanent basis. This CQS accredited firm has organically grown to an enviable reputation for providing an excellent legal service to their clients and is backed by a plethora of testimonials. The role would suit a Property Solicitor who is client service orientated and can work independently, is ambitious and is looking to further their career within a boutique firm.

This opportunity will allow the Property Solicitor to showcase their skills and talents by running a full caseload of transactions which will include both residential conveyancing matters (70%) and Commercial Property transactions (30%). The residential conveyancing work is comprised of high net worth matters, as well as some commercial property work including leases, acquisitions, disposals and some international work, including for investors and property developers. The caseload is unique in the fact it is all client facing, high interest and value and so the Property Solicitor will ideally need to have gained experience dealing with all aspects of property law. Applications will be considered from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE who possess extensive Residential Conveyancing experience, and ideally some experience in commercial property work also. Excellent client care skills are essential.
