The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a talented Private Client Fee Earner to join a thriving department in Yeovil. With proven fee earning experience, the successful Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal, will manage a stimulating caseload of private client-related matters to include: will drafting; LPAs; estate administration; probate matters and; advising clients on inheritance tax. Full membership of STEP is advantageous but not essential for this position.

Committed to business development the successful Fee Earner will actively involve themselves within networking initiatives to promote the services of the department and firm as a whole and build long-lasting relationships with clients and professionals. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with a minimum of two years’ PQE;
You will have strong technical skills and a wide range of Private Client experience;
Full membership of STEP is advantageous but is not essential;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines;
