Our client is one of the leading US firms, both in London and internationally. It has a substantial European practice with a particular emphasis on cross border acquisitions, capital markets transactions, private equity funds, financings and restructurings.
A really interesting opportunity has arisen in the award winning London office where you will have the opportunity to manage some of your own matters. The work is top quality and includes drafting, reviewing and advising on formations of private equity funds (and managed accounts), including buyout, infrastructure, energy, senior and mezzanine debt, real estate, secondaries, and venture funds, as well as funds of funds, and negotiating with large, sophisticated institutional investors.
