Mental Health Solicitor (Panel Member) -
An outstanding high quality opportunity for a Solicitor with a solid grounding in Mental Health and Court of Protection matters to join this substantial multi-office South Coast firm. The firm is very successful and well respected in the field of Mental Health regionally.
You will be taking a leading role within the department and there will be a good deal of client contact. You will be engaged in the care of and acting for very vulnerable clients, often detained under the Mental Health Act. You will be attending Hospital Managers meetings, Review Tribunals and appeals. Mental Health Panel membership or working towards such would be a distinct advantage here but is not essential.
