The Company
- Our client is an international law-firm based in Abu Dhabi who are currently searching for an Arabic associate with experience in corporate and M&A.
Key Responsibilities
- Arabic speaking
- The candidate should have worked in private practice at a reputable firm
- Candidate must have dealt with international, cross-border and local GCC/or Asian M&A transaction, advising on private and public deals
- The candidate should be familiar with SPAs, dealing with disclosure arrangements, mandate letters and should have a knowledge of the required due diligence documentations typical for such transactions
- Very resilient, able to work under pressure
- The role would be suitable for a level candidate with around 3-5 yrs experience
