Offshore Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Our client, one of the leading offshore law firms, seeks a Commercial Litigation Paralegal on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The Commercial Litigation team are highly regarded in Legal 500 for their international cross-border dispute work, particularly focusing on Commercial Disputes and Fraud, Regulatory and Contentious Tax. This role represents a unique opportunity for a LLB, GDL, LPC or BPTC graduate to join an exceptional law firm with an impressive client base including financial institutions, commercial entities and financial service providers. You will work closely with partners across the Commercial Litigation team; drafting a range of documents, conducting legal research, preparing legal forms, assisting in preparation of reports and supporting the team's marketing and business development plans.

You will have a strong academic background including a minimum 2:1 or equivalent in Law. Ideally you will have already completed the GDL (where applicable), LPC or BPTC. The role would suit a LPC or BPTC candidate who has already secured a Training Contract or pupillage and is looking to gain hands on experience for 8-12 months. Alternatively, the role would also be well suited to a candidate with some work experience in civil or commercial litigation and with a genuine willingness to relocate offshore to learn and progress their career.
