Locum Senior Planning Solicitor

Venn Group's specialist Legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Senior Planning Solicitor for a busy Local Authority legal team, to be based in East Anglia. This role is offered for an initial period of 3 - 6 months with a high possibility of extension.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience managing and operating effectively as part of a team, as well as having a thorough knowledge of Planning Law and procedures. You will be required to draft section 106 agreements and provide advise to colleagues on planning matters. In addition, attendance at Planning Committee meetings is a vital part of the role and you may be required to supervise other members of the planning team.

The position offers an attractive hourly rate of up to £40per hour and is offered on a full time or part time basis. Applications will be accepted from qualified Solicitors, Barristers and/or Legal Executives with relevant experience.
