Senior Real Estate Finance Solicitor

Our client is a classic West End commercial firm in a great location. They have an excellent reputation for their property work across the board and are now looking for a property finance solicitor to help develop their secured lending practice.

This is a role for a specialist secured lending solicitor or a broader property finance solicitor with significant secured lending experience. It's a senior position, with the successful applicant probably coming in at around Senior Associate level. The firm is ideally looking for someone with panel contacts at organisations such as property finance loan providers and private banks etc.

With the wealth of general property contacts already at the firm, there is great scope to develop the secured lending practice, especially on the development side.
