Commercial Contracts Lawyer (1-3PQE)

This major insurance business has a vacancy within its in-house Legal Department for a lawyer with exposure to commercial contracts work to take ownership of an important business unit's legal affairs which include responsibility for a broad range of commercial contracts including service agreements, distribution agreements, supply and joint venture arrangements and other commercial contracts.

You will enjoy a front-line role working closely with the business as primary point of contact for a profitable business unit.

The successful candidate is likely to have 1-3 years' PQE gained in private practice or in-house in a commercial contracts environment.  Experience in the insurance sector is desirable but not essential.
