Private Client Fee Earner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer, to join a well established and busy Private Client Department, based in Dorchester.

The firm are looking to expand their department due to an influx of new matters. The caseload includes a mixed caseload of all areas of Private Client work, including assisting other solicitors in the Department when required, dealing with preparation of Wills, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters and Inheritance and Tax Planning matters.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A minimum of 2 years PQE with previous experience in various private client matters.
* The business development skills that will allow you to assist in the growth of an existing caseload.
* The ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly and have the ability to work under time constraints and prioritise work load.
