Labour & Employment Attorney (7+ yrs PQE) ASEAN - REF: 13767/TTL

This world industrial giant is seeking a qualified lawyer with regional experience of handling labour and employment matters for its ASEAN team. You will primarily be responsible for supporting its businesses on labour and employment issues throughout ASEAN region. The range of issues includes employee and union relations, equal opportunities and diversity, employment litigation, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, employee discipline and employment agreements. To qualify for the role, you must be licensed to practice in ASEAN countries with substantial PQE in labour and employment work, preferably gained in a leading law firm and an MNC.
