European Marketing & Business Development Manager

Ryder Reid have been instructed by a leading US law firm to recruit a European Marketing & Business Development Manager for their Brussels office. The Marketing & Business Development Manager will work closely with the partners on their strategic business plans, and will take responsibility for a wide spectrum of client development, marketing and profile raising activities. Key responsibilities for the Marketing & Business Development Manager will include: pitch production; opportunity spotting; directory and awards submissions; events coordination; media relations; and thought leadership projects.

The ideal candidate for this Marketing & Business Development Manager position will be degree-educated and have strong experience working within the Marketing function of a law firm. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You must be confident, results-orientated and commercial, with the gravitas to influence the partners. Fluency in English, French and Flemish is needed for this position.
