Legal Trainer

We have the pleasure of working with one of the most dynamic and growing law firms in Manchester. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced trainer who can bring enthusiasm and new ideas to this exciting role.

As a trainer within this law firm you are one of the most important contacts for all new starters to the firm. You will provide coaching and support to fee earners handling a variety of cases from fast track to complex/multitrack cases. As a natural mentor you will build relationships with new starters and existing team members to ensure you are able to provide support and on-going coaching as required. You will echo the firm’s quality mark in everything you do, working and coaching to the highest standards. You will be given the environment to build on your existing experience coaching fee earners with RTA matters on the MOJ Portal.

Full autonomy will be given for you to develop your new ideas freely, enhancing performance. You will actively manage your own development, liaising with external agencies and barristers to keep up to date with all portal and litigation work.
