In-House Legal Counsel - Commercial Contracts Lawyer (12-month FTC)
Our client, a top tiered financial services institution, is looking to recruit a Commercial Contracts lawyer as Legal Counsel in-house into its' London office.
As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for the firm. This will include (but is not limited to) technology contracts, data licensing, data protection, user agreements, standard T&C's, and intra-group agreements for the provision of group services. You will be working as part of a small legal team and have a broad remit, dealing with ad-hoc legal enquiries across the board.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, have qualified at a recognised practice, and be able to demonstrate excellent drafting skills. Commercial Contract lawyers who have worked in financial services are urged to apply.
