Corporate Paralegal - Top 20 UK law firm

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will be expected to provide paralegal support, to the Corporate professional team, particularly to allocated lawyers and to ensure allocated lawyers are fully supported in paralegal and administrative functions.

Reporting to one of the leading Partners, you will be involved in offering valuable Paralegal Support. Some of the key duties for this role include; conducting legal and factual research, drafting contracts and legal agreements, monitoring regulations, proof reading legal documents, maintaining statutory books and preparing and filing forms with clients.

Key candidate requirements:
* Degree educated.
* Have Paralegal experience, especially in the Middle East.
* Be familiar with the Dubai Regulatory System.
* Able to manage own caseload and possess strong commercial acumen.
* Ability to analyse legal documents and communicate effectively at all levels.
* Must be an Arabic speaker.
* High proficiency in all Microsoft packages.
