Pure Search is working with a well-known asset manager seeking a UCITS Lawyer for its established legal team.

The role:

  • Drafting and negotiating distribution agreements
  • Advising on UCITS funds and AIFMD
  • Managing, structuring and executing both new and existing fund products
  • Supporting and involvement with key strategic projects
  • Engage and manage external legal support

About you:

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a true leader in investment management. Candidates are expected to be qualified lawyers (circa 2-4 years PQE) with an asset management/UCITS background.
