A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join a leading law firm on a part-time basis (10 hours per week). This role for a Construction solicitor will require you to understand the industry and market in which the practice stream and clients operate. You will also take an active role in managing the firm's reputation both in and out of work and actively develop and strengthen new client relationships.
The successful Construction Solicitor will have a minimum of 5 years PQE in a wide range of non-contentious construction matters. Knowledge of EU procurement legislation would be advantageous. You will have gained your experience at a leading law firm and have a strong academic background. As a talented non-contentious construction solicitor you will also be required to have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.
