This global leader of technology and outsourcing services is looking to expand its talented legal team with a new created legal counsel hire.
Reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel, this is an extremely hands-on role where your level of exposure will depend on your experience and skills. You will advise on and assist with all aspects of technology, consulting and outsourcing transactions within a supportive and team-oriented environment, yet with scope for plenty of autonomy. Working closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders and external clients and will advise on a wide variety of commercial issues and transactions, varying in nature, complexity and value, as well as ad hoc legal issues.
This is an ideal first move in-house if you have a strong private practice background, ideally with some in house secondment experience. Similarly you could be looking to make a move to a more dynamic, hands-on in-house role where you will work closely with the business.
