In House Legal Adviser - Flexible Working Considered

Our client is a global engineering group and market leader who are seeking to recruit several legal advisers to their established team.  You will work on bids, projects, contracts and claims management and provide advice relating to legal and contractual matters with customers and suppliers to ensure risks are assessed, monitored and mitigated.  This will involve preparation and amendment of contracts including standard T&Cs, non disclosure agreements, licensing, consortium, agency, technology transfer/software and property.

The ideal applicant will have experience of the above work preferably in relation to the engineering or technology sector. Claims or property experience would also be useful although not essential.  You must be prepared for some travel. Language skills would be a benefit, preferably European or Asian. It is important that you are a team player with strong interpersonal skills.  This is a full time position but our client will consider flexible working combining home and office working.
