A Residential Conveyancer is required for an exciting permanent opportunity with an expanding private practice in the West Midlands
You must be a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor, with at least 5 years PQE working in residential conveyancing.
You will be experienced in having a full caseload of varying value and complexity, advising clients on a full range of residential property matters such as sales and purchases of leasehold and freeholds, re-mortgages, shared ownership, new build properties, small scale developments and barn conversions.
As well as this, you will be able to handle cases from inception through to completion, and will maintain and develop strong client relationships with a wide range of clients and introducers.
As a person, you'll have a 'can-do' attitude, which means that you'll hit the ground running on day one, and enjoy being actively involved in the development of the department, whilst ensuring compliance with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality Scheme standards, SARs and accounting requirements.
