My client is a leading law firm based in central London who is looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

The HR Administrator will provide efficient and accurate administrative support to all members of the HR team as well as play an active role in developing and improving administrative processes and procedures within the Department.

Key Duties include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for any HR related queries
  • Coordinating the new starter and leaver processes
  • Organising the firm’s induction programme
  • Updating and maintaining employee information on the HR System
  • Providing support for annual process including the salary and bonus reviews
  • Assisting the Head of HR to coordinate the firm’s in-house Learning and Development programme
  • Booking external training courses and logging attendance against employee records
  • Providing assistance on Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity & Inclusion related initiatives

The HR Administrator will be a capable administrator with previous experience of working within a HR department in a law firm or professional services environment. They will have a strong level of accuracy and attention to detail, be exceptionally well organised with the ability to prioritise competing tasks, and be confident communicating with employees of all levels. HR Systems experience would be ideal.
