A global investment bank is currently looking to recruit an experienced structured finance lawyer to join their team in London.
The overall purpose of this role:
This role is to provide temporary legal support and legal and reputational risk management to the structured finance business unit across a broad range of structured finance products (RMBS, trade receivables, auto loans), securitised financing, covered bonds, infrastructure financing (using project finance and debt capital markets techniques) and restructuring transactions affecting the firm's balance sheet on a multi-jurisdictional basis (UK, continental Europe, Canada and the US).
Ideally you will be a financial markets lawyer with at least 3 years PQE gained with a leading law firm or in-house organisation. You will also be a forward thinking and commercial individual with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
