This top ranking law firm wish to make an appointment into the highly successful employment law team in Manchester. As an employment solicitor you will have at least one years post qualification experience and be keen to join a recognised and award winning firm based in Manchester.
You will be part of a national employment law team handling a mixed caseload of employment work and providing HR and employment law advice to clients from a range of sectors including private and public, ranging from large nationals through to SME clients.
This role will provide you with the scope to act in a varied and interesting range of employment issues including advocacy, working both as a team and on your own caseload. You will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters and as such will be happy to undertake a mixed employment law role including defending employment Tribunal claims and advocacy. You will have the scope to advise on a range of non-contentious matters including data protection, immigration and pensions, TUPE, discrimination and providing more general HR advice.
