This role will provide you with the scope to act in a varied and interesting range of employment issues including advocacy, working both as a team and on your own caseload.  You will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters and as such will be happy to undertake a mixed employment law role including defending employment Tribunal claims and advocacy.  You will have the scope to advise on a range of non-contentious matters including data protection, immigration and pensions, TUPE, discrimination and providing more general HR advice.

This is a great opportunity for an employment solicitor keen to undertake a broad ranging role with a stand out law firm handling both national and regional work.  The firm is keen to progress their lawyers and as such you will have fantastic training and career development.  You will be ambitious and a team player, if you have an interest/experience in pensions and immigration related employment law advice, this will be a distinct advantage.
