Commercial Technology/Media Counsel - Senior Lawyer - In-House - Central London - 6+ PQE

We are working exclusively with a NASDAQ listed technology multinational based in London.

Our client is a consumer focused business with an established and world class legal team with an opening for a Media or Technology lawyer with at least 6 years' experience. You will be a commercial lawyer ideally with, content acquisition, technology procurement, content distribution and general commercial contracts experience. The lawyer will work closely with front office teams on cutting edge technology work and be a big part of the company's digital expansion. Furthermore, this lawyer will be required to take a creative and proactive approach to exciting legal issues on disruptive, innovative and cutting edge technology matters.

We are interested in talking to senior highly successful and dynamic technology lawyers who have a strong grasp of international laws across Europe and emerging markets, and have experience working on digital media, content acquisitions and content distribution legal matters.

You must be a strong commercial lawyer but also be able to demonstrate that you are able to engage with key stakeholders, that you are a team player whilst being able to work autonomously when needed and able to integrate into a multi-cultural team. Prior in-house experience within a media or telco company is preferred, however we will consider strong law firm candidates.
