Corporate Solicitor job within a top tier offshore firm in the Cayman Islands. 3-5 PQE

This top tier offshore firm based in the Cayman Islands has global offices in Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and the Isle of Man. They are hugely successful and have grown considerably in the past few years.

Your new role

This position is for a corporate lawyer with with 3-5 years of experience in a leading firm. You will have a common law qualification in either the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa. In this role you will be dealing with Cayman law in a mix of corporate, finance and funds. Although it is a mixed transactional role, the firm ideally is looking for someone from a corporate background as this is the most transferable skill.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this position you will ideally have 3-5 years PQE in a top City or Regional firm. You can be qualified in any common law jurisdiction, and be highly committed to a move out to the Cayman Islands. Ideally you will be an active/outdoors individual and you will have visited the Cayman Islands or other similar locations in the past. Academics are important to this firm, as well as top training.
