Senior Commercial Barrister Litigation Solicitor Job - Chancery Chambers Insolvency - British Virgin Islands


A Commercial Barrister role has arisen within a top tier firm in the British Virgin Islands. This top firm is looking for a Barrister who qualified in England & Wales or Scotland with 4-6 years post qualification experience. The firm are flexible with the litigation experience of the successful candidate, however they will only consider applicants from highly regarded firms.

The structure of the team is small, with one Partner and two senior associates (the successful applicant will be one of these two). Your role will be acting on a wide range of significant and high-profile cases in the fields of trust litigation, commercial litigation, corporate litigation and fund disputes, and on insolvency, regulatory and insurance matters.

The firm are looking for individuals who are highly committed to the British Virgin Islands.
