Do you possess management experience within a personal injury, legal or insurance claims handling environment?

You will be leading a team of personal injury claims handlers to drive individual and team targets. You will deliver operational effectiveness by supporting and developing your colleagues around you. You will drive team productivity and KPI’s. You need to support the team and business needs by contributing to a positive team culture.
Outside of this you will ensure SLA’s are achieved, recruit new staff and proactively manage complaints.
Candidates will be considered with proven leadership and management experience within insurance, legal, professional service environments and ideally have knowledge of personal injury claims.
