Description
The role is broad in focus but will involve structuring and reorganisations, M&A, private equity, funds as well as funding, you will also be involved in general commercial matters.
Profile
You will likely be working within a corporate team in a City or well-regarded regional firm, have excellent academics and be looking to join a firm that can provide you with a wide range of corporate and commercial work.
The successful candidate will have the immediate opportunity to gain excellent client facing experience, and the firm will encourage involvement in BD activity.
