This full service, UK regional law firm is retained by an impressive list of clients in varying sectors. It is renowned for its reputation in IP services providing tailored and comprehensive advice at all levels from identification, protection, development and business transfer.

We would be delighted to hear from IP solicitors and associates, ideally experienced in both contentious and non-contentious IP. Typical instructions include advice and representation on:

• Patents
• Trademarks
• Passing off
• Copyright
• Design
• Confidential Information
• Trade Secrets
• Post-termination Covenants and Enforcement
• Licences & Assignment
• Corporate Due Diligence

The role will be supporting and well-respected IP expert, who enjoys an enviable and trusted reputation. With excellent support and mentoring, you will continue to develop your legal, client care and business development skills. Whilst managing your own instructions, you will have the opportunity to work on partner led cases and form part of multi-disciplinary teams on major corporate transactions. The team is regularly instructed on interesting disputes as well as mediations.
