Housing and Licencing Lawyer
A friendly Local Authority based in Sussex less than an hour’s commute from London, is seeking a part-time Housing and Licencing Lawyer to join them on a locum basis. This role is available on an initial three month contract with a strong possibility for extension.
The successful Lawyer will join the team for three days per week and will be dealing with matters including, but not limited to housing disrepair, rent arrears, anti-social behaviour and hoarding cases. The locum will also be expected to provide advice and representation on the Council’s licensing matters.
Our client is keen to speak with candidates of all backgrounds, although those with previous experience working within a Local Authority setting would be of particular interest.
This is fantastic opportunity for a locum to join their team on a part-time basis and they are able to offer flexible working. The Authority is set in a small town based a short commute from London.
