The Firm:
Due to recent success; my client, a Tier 1 Legal 500 Law Firm based in Liverpool is looking to appoint a Qualified Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / CILEX to join their Residential Property Team.

The Role:
On a day to day basis this role will consist of handling a full caseload of Freehold and Leasehold Property matters from inception to completion. The client currently has a number of positions available for Conveyancers with various amounts of experience and the salary for this position will vary between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on experience.

The Successful Candidate:
In order to be considered for this position you must be a Qualified Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Qualified Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years experience in a Residential Property Department.
