Investment bank is seeking a qualified lawyer to join their legal team to work specifically on a range of derivative trading documentation agreements and related regulatory aspects.  Our client would consider European qualified lawyers with a banking or corporate background wishing to move into the London market.  This would also be a great opportunity for a qualified lawyer from a banking or corporate background who is keen to move away from a transactional position into a more business role which achieves a better work

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small dynamic team and friendly team work with a broad range of documentation of derivative trading documentation including ISDA master, GMRA and GMSLA agreements, as well as working on regulatory projects.   The successful candidate will not require any experience specifically relating to derivative trading documentation.    More important is the right attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiastic.
