Travel Litigation Solicitor - Manchester - Leading international law firm - Manchester
Are you an experienced personal injury solicitor with team leadership experience looking for a fresh challenge?
This award winning leading international law firm are looking to recruit a personal injury solicitor into their travel litigation department. This is a newly created role and the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate ability in progressing personal injury litigation caseload with minimum supervision. Whilst travel litigation experience is not essential, relevant demonstrable experience will be highly advantageous.
Your role as a Travel Solicitor will be part of the litigation team which specialises in acting for claimants involved in accidents abroad including road traffic accidents, workplace accidents abroad and large group illness litigation. The firm has been identified by the leading legal directories as one of the country's leading firms of claimant personal injury solicitors.
You must have the ability to run a caseload from start to finish and you will ideally have proven knowledge of travel law, however experience of claimant personal injury will also be considered (RTA, EL/PL, Disease). (Travel law experience or knowledge is desirable but not essential as training will be given). Team leadership/supervisory experience would be a distinct advantage as you will be overseeing more junior members of the team.
