Clinical Negligence Solicitor -
A rare high level opportunity with huge potential for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury to join a super Legal 500 firm.
You will be assisting with the management of a wide ranging case load of Clinical / Medical Negligence claims such as breach of duty of care and causation. You must have experience of considering extensive medical records and pursuing cases to Court. The firm will offer you their full support to enable you, over time, to develop your own strong specialism within this field and to work with an increasing degree of autonomy.
