Company Secretarial- UK and Offshore
Outstanding opportunity to join a world leading business as a mid level Company Secretarial Assistant.
You will join an established team providing corporate, registered office and company administration services to a portfolio of clients. You will manage an expanding work flow across UK and Offshore registered businesses.
You will be responsible for conducting corporate administration work ensuring that all client instructions are interpreted, responded to and reported correctly.
This is a really challenging and exciting opportunity for candidates displaying the following expereince;
- Graduate/Paralegal/ICSA part or fully qualified.
- 12 months relevant experience in Corporate Governance/Company Secretarial work.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills (Critical)
- Exceptional customer services experience due to high degree of client contact.
- Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
