A role has arisen for an experienced property paralegal to join the residential property department. You will be part of a team dealing with a range of transactions including shared ownership and help to buy as well as high value, prestigious properties for wealthy individuals.
To be considered for this role you will need at least 12 months experience in a conveyancing team dealing with things like taking instructions, searches, post-completion and post-exchange matters.
