Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
South East London - £40,000 - £45,000 pa
Position - Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
A new opportunity for a Solicitor to join the Residential Development team in the Real Estate department of a highly rated London firm. The firm have a well-developed Real Estate and Social Housing team and that brings in a significant amount of work related to both Residential Development and Plot Sales. With this in mind the firm are now looking for experienced fee earners that have broad Residential Conveyancing experience and exposure to Residential Development and Plot sales work to join that team. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the leading solicitors in the South East of England to cover this type of work, in a busy Real Estate environment.
Required Skills and Responsibilities;
- Broad experience of Residential Conveyancing.
- Able to run your own caseload and assist where necessary.
- Exposure to working on Residential Development and Plot Sales files.
