LAW Absolute are working with a renowned regional practice who require the assistance of a commercial property lawyer for a period of six months whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The position is to start imminently so candidates should be available immediately or at short notice.

The successful candidate will inherit a full commercial property case load and will have experience in the following:

  • Buying and selling of commercial property and land
  • Leasehold properties
  • Funding for property acquisitions
  • Commercial property development
  • Property financing
  • Commercial property disputes

Due to the full nature of the caseload and the fact that they will have to work autonomously, successful candidates are likely to have upwards of 5 years’ experience in dealing with commercial property matters.

The firm can offer:

  • Easy access from public transport
  • Nearby parking
  • Competitive hourly rate
  • Chance of extension and/or future bookings

At LAW Absolute we endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours.  However due to the volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually.  If you have not heard from us within a 48 hour timeframe your application has not been successful and your details have not been retained.   LAW Absolute acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
