In House Commercial Counsel – Engineering Business – Midlands
McKenzie Douglas are representing a reputable and leading engineering business, who are performing strongly in the market!
You will work in a small team and closely with internal as well as external stakeholders. You will advise the business on an array of In-House legal matters including the drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements. You will also undertake ad hoc commercial projects and assist on company secretarial issues.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor: 2 – 10 years PQE*
- Commercial contracts experience (essential)
- This would also suit candidates with a projects, infrastructure/engineering, asset finance or/and procurement background
- Transport industry experience – preferred
- Previous In-House experience would be advantageous but not essential
